Broadgate Park campus

Broadgate Park is a collection of over forty student accommodation blocks, set in leafy grounds just minutes away from the University of Nottingham Campus.

10 minutes’ walk from the town of Beeston and just across the road from University Park West Entrance, Broadgate Park is a large student village with easy access to all the amenities of University Park.

The accommodation has been purpose-built to offer both undergraduate and postgraduate students the space to study and relax in the perfect home-from-home environment.

And it’s not just about great facilities. Broadgate Park is a vibrant community that offers fantastic opportunities to meet and learn with other students, ensuring memories and opportunities that will last a life-time.

The main Broadgate Park campus has three room type categories

Standard Rooms

Standard rooms are in flats sharing a kitchen and bathroom between five to seven students.

They come in various configurations including Large Standard Room – and, new for 2024, Standard Room (Renovated).

Ensuite Rooms

Ensuite rooms all have their own bathroom and share a kitchen between five to seven students.

They come in various configurations: Standard Ensuite Room, Large Ensuite Room and Twin Ensuite Room.

Ensuite Studio

A studio is a self-contained space which means that you have your own private kitchenette and Ensuite bathroom.

There are a large number of different Ensuite Studio types, including some Twin Ensuite Studios and even 2-bedroom flats.

24-hour manned reception

Broadgate Park’s reception team are on hand 24 hours a day to assist you with any queries you may have.

Site patrols and CCTV

For your safety and security CCTV and regular site patrols are in operation across Broadgate Park.

Welfare support

Pastoral support provided to all residents by the University welfare team.

Car parking and bicycle storage

The convenience of safe and secure car parking (£300 per year) and bicycle storage is available at Broadgate Park.

All inclusive rent

Broadgate Park rent includes all utility bills, internet usage and even contents insurance.

Onsite launderettes

There are various laundrettes located across the site, from the main one near Reception, to smaller ones in certain blocks. The main laundrette is operated with the Circuit Laundry app – others are coin-operated.

JCR committee

The JCR Committee provides both support and opportunities for meeting fellow residents through a wide range of regular events.
