Broadgate Park

Broadgate Park is the closest self-catered accommodation to the University of Nottingham’s University Park Campus (under 10-minutes walk!). Known for its strong sense of community among its 2,000 residents, Broadgate Park is popular with both home and international Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. We are also just a 10-minute walk from Beeston town centre which offers a great selection of shops, and a short tram or bus ride from Nottingham City Centre. 
The leafy campus offers a wide variety of room types to suit all budgets, including standard and ensuite rooms in cluster flats, studios and twin rooms. There are also 3 social spaces on-site for residents to socialise, study and make memories. 

Albion House

Albion House is ideally situated in the heart of Beeston town centre, 15-minutes walk from the University of Nottingham's Park Campus and 20-minutes from University Park West Entrance. It caters to a close-knit community of both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students, with dedicated flats for each cohort. Albion House offers excellent value for money in self-catered shared flats, with parking included.

Each self-catered flat features 7 standard bedrooms that share a kitchen and 2 bathroom facilities. Albion House also boasts a brand new, purpose-built social space The Loft where residents can meet friends, socialise and study. Albion House residents also have access to nearby Broadgate Park social spaces The Courtyard, Library and The Lounge. There are also quieter living flats available upon request, ideal for those who prefer a quiet environment. 


Cloister House

Cloister House is a thriving community for postgraduate students in the Dunkirk area of Nottingham, just a 20-minute walk from the University of Nottingham's University Park Campus and close to Queen’s Medical Centre, making it ideal for those pursuing medical-related courses. 
Rooms at Cloister House are situated in self-catered flats home to 7 students, who share a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Each room is a standard room, also featuring a vanity unit and includes parking and all other utilities, making it an excellent value for money option. The close-knit Cloister House community of Postgraduate residents have access to social spaces at Broadgate Park: The Courtyard, Library and The Lounge.
