Broadgate Park offers 3 purpose-built social spaces exclusively for residents: The Courtyard, Library and The Lounge. These spaces offer an excellent mix of space to socialise and study, and host a program of social events run by the ResX team.

When can I check in?

From 15:00. Our reception is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so there is always a member of staff to welcome you and issue your room keys. 

Are there facilities to do my laundry?

We have on-site laundry facilities next to reception for you to use whenever you need to, during your stay. Instructions on how to use these are located in the laundry rooms. 

Is Wi-Fi included in my summer stay? 

Yes, instructions will be handed out on pre-arrival.
