Please note: Refurbishment works are scheduled to take place at Cloister House in August 2026. During this period, all Cloister House residents will be relocated to Broadgate Park and given a complimentary room upgrade until the end of their tenancy in September.

Frequently Asked Questions
When can I check in/out?
You can check in from 3pm and check out is 10am. Our reception is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, so there is always a member of staff to welcome you and issue your room keys. Late check outs may be available for a small fee (subject to room availability).
Are there facilities to do my laundry?
We have on-site laundry facilities next to reception for you to use whenever you need to, during your stay. Instructions on how to use these are located in the laundry rooms.
Is Wi-Fi included in my summer stay?
Yes, instructions will be handed out on pre-arrival.
