2. Incentive Requirements: To qualify for the cashback incentive, returning students must:

– Accept an accommodation offer from Broadgate Park,

 – Have paid their first instalment to UoN,

– Arrive, collect their keys, and complete both online and in-person registration at UoN.

3. Application of Cashback Incentive: The cashback incentive is applied as a rent discount on the student’s “Nottingham Hub” account. Students must deduct this discount from their first rent instalment when making their payment on the “Nottingham Hub” in September.

4. Applicable Room Types: The cashback incentive applies only to specific room types: Standard Bedrooms and Ensuite Studios (including Twin Ensuite Studios). Ensuite bedrooms, two-bedroom flats, and one-bedroom flats are not eligible. Broadgate Park and UPP Ltd reserve the right to adjust eligible room types periodically throughout the lettings cycle. Current eligible room types will be displayed on our website: https://www.uppbroadgatepark.com.

5. Incentive Value Adjustments: Broadgate Park and UPP Ltd reserve the right to adjust the value of the incentive periodically throughout the lettings cycle. Updated incentive values will be displayed on our website: https://www.uppbroadgatepark.com.

6. Other Conditions: All incentives currently live will be reflected on our website: https://www.uppbroadgatepark.com. Broadgate Park and UPP Ltd reserve the right to add and remove incentives periodically throughout the lettings cycle. Incentives will not be honoured retrospectively i.e. if a booking is made after an incentive has been removed from the website.
