I want to stay after my Undergraduate licence ends in July, what can I do?
Depending on availability and room type we may be able to extend the end date of your
accommodation licence or offer you accommodation in our Summer Village/accommodation. Please contact the Accommodation Services Team to enquire at broadgatesummer@upp-ltd.com.
What room types are available for short-term lets?
Our Short-Term Lets page will display any rooms that are available for short bookings.
We will keep this webpage up to date with the latest information however for more
details you can contact the Accommodation Team at accommodationnottingham@upp-ltd.com or call 0115 681 0020.
How can I view the rooms if I am an International student or unable to come to Nottingham prior to booking?

When will I find out my room allocation?
We release room allocations approximately 1 week prior to your arrival. In order to receive yours, you must follow the steps in your pre arrival comms.
When do I get my returner discount?
Your returner discount will be applied to your NottinghamHub account following the
end of the registration period (this is usually in November after your September
arrival). You can therefore reduce your 1st rent instalment by the confirmed discount
amount when paying on the NottinghamHub. Please view our Returner Terms and
